The film follows a a real estate agent from Miami who moves to the New York suburbs to work at the competitive world of Atlantic Shores Realtors and butts heads with a rival real estate agent. Tensions escalate when both are forced to work together to sell one of the most expensive mansions in posh Long Island.
Judy San Roman (featured below) is the writer and producer of Fair Market Value. After making her start as a published author with her memoir They're Fake and They're Spectacular followed by two children's books, Judy San Roman found a passion for screenwriting and producing. Guided by that passion, she founded Reelhouse Productions, based in Long Island, New York. She has produced award winning shorts and features, including Project Greenlight’s Top 200 short film, Mommy, In Sickness, and her upcoming feature Fair Market Value.
San Roman won for Outstanding Work as the Executive Producer of In Sickness at the 2016 NoHu Film Festival. She looks forward to co-directing Luisana Lopilato in her romantic comedy, Rich Girl, Rich Boy this summer. A lover of life, Judy San Roman has developed a true passion for film that began on set and has continued in her various roles in front of and behind the camera.
In March 2016, she was named one of 25 Women Changing the World by Conversations Magazine.
Kevin Arbouet (featured above) is the writer and director of Fair Market Value. Arbouet, formerly VP of talent at Lee Daniels Entertainment, co-directed the viral internet clip I Got A Crush On Obama, a short that was seen by over 100 million viewers. He also produced the 2012 Lincoln Center project Portraits In Dramatic Time, featuring William H. Macy, Live Schrieber, Holly Hunter, Alan Rickman, Allison Pill and Lili Taylor. Arbouet is currently is preproduction for his new film, Big Bad Billie Gunn.
